The Real Estate Agent – Buyers, Showings and Listing Opportunities role is onsite in Kissimmee, FL. Compensation includes $30 per hour for showing opportunities plus a qualifying closing bonus; buyer and listing transactions are commission-based. Attorney Backed Agents provides training, systems, technology, and support to help agents build their businesses. The agent develops buyer and seller opportunities while building a client pipeline and progressing toward full-service buyer and listing representation. The work includes showing homes, supporting clients through transactions, prospecting, maintaining client records, and coordinating appointments and transaction activities.

What you'll do

• Show homes to buyers
• work with buyer clients from consultation through closing
• identify buyer needs, motivation, budget, and property criteria
• prospect and follow up with potential clients
• build and manage a real estate pipeline
• develop homeowner relationships and pursue listings
• attend inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and appointments
• coordinate contractors, measurements, inspections, and property appointments
• maintain client notes in the CRM
• participate in training, coaching, prospecting, and accountability.
