What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR strategic partner to executives, operations leaders, and functional teams
• analyze HR and operating metrics and recommend solutions
• support expansion, acquisitions, and integrations
• build relationships with branch and field leaders
• coach leaders on performance, employee relations, hiring, and people leadership
• lead and develop HR team members
• oversee employment-law compliance, investigations, records, and audits
• implement and standardize HR policies, processes, programs, and systems
• partner on training and leadership development
• support benefits administration and compensation practices
• advise executives and prepare HR reports and presentations
• support special projects and confidential priorities.
