What you'll do

• Oversee consistent administration and tracking of student conduct and discipline data
• support school safety and annual safety reporting
• liaise with parents and facilitate parent education
• coach teachers on classroom and behavior management
• report to the board and charter entity
• implement school policies
• facilitate staff development
• organize open houses and parent conferences
• perform administrative and instructional duties as assigned.
