Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor role is onsite in Paducah, KY. Compensation is $17.75 per hour. The supervisor partners with the store management team to support overall store operations, including customer service and food service. The role helps maintain store performance by directing and supporting team members, assisting with training, and ensuring customer service, inventory, food quality, safety, and operational procedures are followed. It also provides general store operations coverage when store management is absent.

What you'll do

• Provide customer and food service
• promote the company’s FiveStar customer treatment
• assist with training and educating store team members
• support merchandising, inventory levels, displays, pricing, and promotional signage
• oversee general store operations in the absence of store management
• help maintain equipment, complete accounting and paperwork, and follow safety and robbery-prevention guidelines
• evaluate food service areas and food quality.
