What you'll do

• Direct associate activities during an assigned shift
• provide training and create work schedules
• evaluate worker performance and recognize or address performance concerns
• prepare production or sales reports for management
• help ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• serve as a contact for employee complaints or time-off requests
• may mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement
• perform other assigned duties.
