What you'll do

• Manage projects from startup through closeout
• develop and maintain schedules and milestones
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and documentation
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design professionals, owners, and internal teams
• monitor budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial performance
• coordinate field activities with superintendents
• resolve project issues
• lead meetings and communicate status
• manage punch lists, turnover, and closeout
• mentor project team members as appropriate.
