Group Marketing Director

The Group Marketing Director role is onsite in Escondido, CA. Target total compensation, including performance bonus, is $150,000–$200,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. The role leads marketing strategy and performance for Crowley Car Company’s four dealerships representing Ford, Lexus, Cadillac, GMC, and Kia. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the director works with dealership general managers to evaluate marketing investments and improve lead generation, customer engagement, sales, service retention, and profitability. The role provides group-wide direction across digital marketing, customer data, vendors, and marketing technology.

What you'll do

• Lead marketing strategy and performance
• manage marketing spend and return on investment
• oversee digital advertising and website performance, lead generation and funnel analysis, CRM and customer database strategy, OEM and co-op programs, reputation, social media and brand, vendor and marketing technology management, and AI and emerging technologies.
