Senior Supply Chain Manager — Aerospace

What you'll do

• Develop supply chain strategies
• lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, materials planning, and supplier development
• manage supplier performance, negotiations, and agreements
• lead sales and operations planning, production planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization
• implement operational improvements
• partner with cross-functional teams on business objectives and product launches
• monitor metrics, budgets, forecasts, and performance
• ensure compliance with policies, regulations, best practices, and applicable ITAR requirements
• lead and develop supply chain professionals.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree, eight years of supply chain or related experience, five years of management experience, electronic component manufacturing experience, and experience with ERP and sales and operations planning. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
