What you'll do

• Lead and develop primarily mechanical, process, and test engineers
• establish engineering standards and methods
• own technical execution of product development and NPI programs
• guide design verification and manufacturing readiness
• lead DFM, DFA, and DFT initiatives
• approve major design decisions and engineering changes
• oversee testing and validation
• lead root-cause investigations
• develop project plans and risk mitigations
• support customer and design reviews
• serve as the primary engineering interface for customer technical teams.
