The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Center-Based role is onsite in Tempe, AZ, with pay of $21–$28 per hour. BehaviorCare Therapy provides applied behavior analysis services for children and families in Arizona and is growing its first center. The RBT implements individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collects session data, and coordinates with program staff and families to support children with autism and other developmental challenges.

What you'll do

• Provide applied behavior analysis interventions in the center
• collect data and implement individualized treatment plans
• record data in Central Reach
• complete center administrative tasks such as sign-in sheets and incident reports
• prepare and organize session stimuli
• clean and sanitize the center
• coordinate with program staff
• and provide parents or guardians with feedback about clients’ daily activities.
