What you'll do

• Serve as primary staff liaison to the Economic Development Commission
• develop an annual economic and community development work program
• conduct business and community outreach
• identify redevelopment opportunities and analyze relevant trends
• maintain a town-wide grant program
• coordinate grant applications and awarded-grant administration, compliance, reporting, and closeout
• support town grant, scholarship, and loan programs
• coordinate assigned community initiatives and projects
• develop partnerships
• prepare reports and recommendations
• attend evening meetings as necessary and undertake some local and regional travel as required.
