What you'll do

• Support OnCore clinical trial management system platforms and integration with the KIDS electronic health record
• provide technical support to end users including principal investigators
• address clinical trial and audit issues
• assist users with CTMS functionality
• coordinate back-end technical support with IT
• liaise among research operations, study teams, IT, and vendors
• optimize research systems and workflows
• support system enhancements and integrations
• promote data quality and process standardization.
