What you'll do

• Develop healthcare client relationships and pursue project opportunities
• lead proposal and interview preparation
• set pursuit strategy
• assign project staff
• oversee preconstruction budgets, schedules, logistics, risks, and constructability reviews
• provide oversight from preconstruction through close-out
• manage client satisfaction, project performance, costs, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability
• negotiate owner contracts
• oversee subcontract development
• supervise multiple projects
• and mentor and evaluate staff. The posting requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field and 15+ years in a lead management role for a construction manager or CM-at-Risk firm.
