Industrial Sports Medicine Professional – Ergonomics and Injury Prevention

The role provides onsite care and early discomfort management for employees, supports injury-prevention education, and helps clients identify ergonomic solutions. It contributes to safer, healthier workplaces through employee relationships, task analysis, documentation, and services that may be provided based on client requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide onsite services at locations in Danvers and Everett
• build relationships with client contacts and employees
• provide education and training focused on injury and illness prevention
• provide onsite care and management of work- and non-work-related discomforts
• follow OSHA First Aid standards and the Early Discomfort Management program
• complete timely reports and documentation
• follow worksite safety policies and regulatory standards. Depending on client requirements, may provide functional employment testing, return-to-work/stay-at-work services, ergonomic assessments, or clinical solutions. Schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating early morning and mid-day/evening coverage, typically between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
