• Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and curriculum.
• Foster client engagement and group cohesion.
• Participate in collaborative Treatment Team and Group Supervision.
• Work collaboratively with the care team.
• Monitor treatment documentation.
• Maintain professional ethics.

Experience

Master's degree in mental health or related field; previous experience facilitating groups.
