What you'll do

• Follow the proprietary frosting recipe and application methods
• frost cakes using measuring instruments, mixers, and pastry bags
• prioritize pre-orders and walk-in orders
• maintain samples and display-case stock
• package, label, and store products
• maintain frosting and refrigeration logs
• monitor frosting supplies
• report quality issues
• and clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation.
