The coordinator guides patients from consultation through surgery and recovery, supporting the clinic’s patient experience and surgical workflow through treatment planning, scheduling, follow-up, and coordination with the surgeon and clinical team.

What you'll do

• Conduct in-person and virtual consultations
• educate patients about procedures
• present treatment plans and financial options
• close surgical cases and collect deposits
• follow up with leads
• coordinate surgery schedules
• prepare quotes and treatment plans
• manage financing applications, payments, and financial records
• maintain EMR and CRM documentation
• provide pre- and post-surgery customer service
• coordinate with the surgeon, manager, nursing team, and medical assistants
• assist with post-operative communication
• track sales and follow-up metrics.
