Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee administrative staff and daily operations
• prepare provider and staff schedules
• manage the medical supply budget and availability
• interview, select, and orient administrative personnel
• coach staff and administer corrective action as appropriate
• support training and competencies
• liaise with vendors, offices, providers, and staff
• collaborate with the GME residency program
• coordinate students for OPCWI
• coordinate equipment and facility maintenance
• and address emergent maintenance issues.
