What you'll do

• Create and monitor class schedules and coverage
• own operational and financial responsibility across multiple studios

• work with the Director of Studios on daily operations and company strategies
• analyze and report key performance indicators
• develop local marketing initiatives
• build relationships with local fitness and wellness communities

• maintain client communications
• lead and develop Head Coach-Community Managers.
