What you'll do

• Review production schedules and prepare the press
• read job tickets
• set up and operate a Bobst III press for die cutting, stamping, and embossing
• inspect dies and coordinate replacement or repair
• perform make-ready processes
• adjust temperature, pressure, and alignment
• monitor product quality
• troubleshoot production issues
• track foil usage and inventory
• communicate material needs
• perform machine checks, safety inspections, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance
• maintain a clean, safe work area
• document maintenance and production activities.
