What you'll do

• Own site safety practices
• shape scopes and support costing and planning
• develop timelines and resource plans
• contribute to design packages and lead design reviews
• interpret engineering drawings
• coordinate with municipalities and inspectors
• plan workflows and assign tasks
• source materials and vendors
• direct mechanical and electrical/controls installation
• approve technical reports
• enforce codes and QA/QC
• coach engineers and team leads
• provide client updates.
