What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• support safe use of assistive equipment
• document services
• report changes in client condition, incidents, or concerns to the RN Supervisor
• maintain professional relationships and confidentiality
• and participate in supervisory and care-team processes as required by New York State regulations.
