What you'll do

• Keep spaces safe and clean
• greet guests and respond to requests while maintaining privacy
• vacuum, dust, make beds, clean and sanitize bathrooms, and replenish amenities
• arrange furnishings to hotel specifications
• complete closing duties and organize carts and stockrooms
• handle lost-and-found items responsibly
• report damage or suspicious activity
• resolve or escalate guest concerns.
