What you'll do

• Conduct examinations and interviews, review care plans and records, complete laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging
• take vital signs, collect samples, administer medications and vaccines, and bandage wounds
• prepare supplies and instruments and assist with examinations and operations
• provide nursing care and monitor patients
• maintain patient records
• communicate patient status to pet owners as directed
• maintain equipment and inventory
• clean and prepare patient areas
• support safe, humane care and discharge pets as directed.
