What you'll do

• Lead and mentor the leadership team with technical guidance
• oversee HSE activities and support site safety initiatives
• drive compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, policies, and training programs
• assess and reduce risk through hazard analyses, risk assessments, machine guarding initiatives, and safety improvements
• investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and OEMs on safe equipment, processes, and continuous improvement.
