Service Account Manager

What you'll do

• Own assigned customer accounts and track needs, commitments, service activity, and open actions
• build customer relationships
• coordinate inquiries, service requests, and escalations through resolution
• coordinate maintenance planning, turnarounds, spare parts, scheduling, order status, and follow-up
• maintain account records
• analyze customer feedback and recurring issues
• coordinate customer training
• represent the company at customer sites and industry events
• partner with sales, revamp, and service teams on opportunities, proposals, quotations, and long-term service agreements.
