This hands-on role provides technology support across AdeptID and its staffing business. It resolves employee issues, manages devices and cloud productivity and identity tools, and maintains documentation and inventory so the growing team can work reliably and technical problems are addressed through to resolution.

What you'll do

• Provide first-line and escalated employee support for hardware, software, accounts, and access
• track requests through resolution
• configure and deliver equipment for new hires and collect and wipe devices when employees leave
• support Mac and Windows devices, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Intune
• manage accounts, groups, application access, MFA, and password manager coverage
• troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, printer, and meeting room issues
• coordinate with vendors
• run small IT projects
• report ticket trends to the IT Manager
• maintain documentation and device inventory
• help collect evidence for security and compliance audits.
