What you'll do

• Manage warehouse staff and production and quality goals
• identify and resolve process bottlenecks
• ensure warehouse resources are available
• support safety, quality, cost, and customer-service improvement
• maintain shipment verification and inventory processes
• inspect warehouse and equipment
• coordinate staffing
• train, coach, and evaluate direct reports
• ensure food safety, sanitation, and GMP compliance.
