The Infection Preventionist & Staff Development Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Virginia Beach, VA, with a 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. shift. The listed wage is $42–$46 per hour, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the infection prevention and control program
• incorporate current infection prevention standards into resident care and employee practices
• identify training needs using surveillance and measurement
• develop training plans and materials
• evaluate training effectiveness
• plan and evaluate educational programs throughout the community.
