The Clinical Dietitian II is an onsite role based in Covina, CA, with a pay rate of $48.00 per hour. This role exists to assess the nutritional status of patients and provide education on therapeutic diets. The Dietitian monitors patient intake, records assessments in the electronic medical record, and participates in staff development.
What you'll do
- Review medical records, record diet histories, and assess the nutritional status of patients.
- Provide education to patients, family members, and/or caretakers regarding therapeutic diets, enteral nutrition, and parenteral nutrition.
- Monitor patient nutritional intake and tolerance.
What we're looking for
- Education
- B.S. in Dietetics/Nutrition or related degree; Master's degree required if registered after Jan 1, 2024.
- Experience
- Four years of experience as an acute clinical dietitian.
