The Injection Mold Operator 1 role is an onsite, full-time second-shift position in Binghamton, NY. Pay is $18–$19 per hour. The position supports aerospace manufacturing requirements. Working under direct supervision and established process controls, the operator learns and performs injection molding operations to produce precision molded components. Accurate production records, inspections, and adherence to quality and safety procedures help maintain consistent parts and process compliance.

What you'll do

• Operate injection molding equipment according to work instructions and production schedules
• assist with mold setup, tooling preparation, and material loading
• monitor production cycles
• remove, trim, clean, and finish molded components
• perform visual and in-process inspections
• complete production and traceability records
• report process or quality issues
• follow AS9100, safety, PPE, ESD, and housekeeping requirements.
