What you'll do

• Partner with department leaders to identify processes for automation and AI integration
• build and deploy AI-augmented workflows and agents
• redesign operational workflows and handoffs
• create reusable playbooks, documentation, and templates
• track adoption, hours reclaimed, cost savings, and risk
• contribute to company-wide AI usage standards and operational frameworks.
