What you'll do

• Review project designs and constructability
• perform quantity take-offs
• prepare budgets and estimates
• solicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes
• conduct site visits as needed
• identify value engineering opportunities and project risks
• support bidding and negotiations
• develop schedules and work sequences
• track construction cost and method trends
• communicate with company personnel, vendors, and clients
• participate in project handoff to operations.
