What you'll do

• Maintain professional and courteous client relationships
• answer calls and return voicemails
• book, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• onboard clients, obtain waivers, and create profiles
• check clients in and process sessions
• greet and guide customers
• administer non-medical and non-specialty services
• provide tours and sell packages and memberships
• perform opening and closing duties
• educate clients on modalities and products
• assist with cleanliness, laundry, outreach, events, and social media efforts.
