Flexible Work Caregiver

The Flexible Work Caregiver role is onsite in Medford, OR, with pay of $19–$22 per hour. The caregiver assists clients with personal care, daily activities, companionship, and safety supervision. The role follows individual care plans, documents care, and communicates with the office team to support consistent in-home service.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• provide companionship and emotional support
• help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• provide medication reminders
• assist with mobility and transportation
• supervise for safety
• follow individual care plans
• document daily care notes using a mobile app
• communicate with the office team.
