What you'll do

• Perform repair work such as shingle repairs, siding projects, and additions
• oversee construction projects with the project manager
• conduct pre-job walkthroughs and final inspections
• coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and schedules
• train and direct less experienced team members
• maintain site safety
• communicate with customers
• document change orders, timecards, materials, and field adjustments
• maintain digital photo records
• keep jobsites clean and protect the worksite
• care for company equipment and materials.
