What you'll do

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, specialty rolls, and other Japanese dishes
• maintain presentation, freshness, and quality
• follow recipes, portioning, and food-safety procedures
• keep the station clean, organized, and stocked
• assist with prep and inventory as needed
• communicate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
