Restoration Project Manager

Job overview

The Restoration Project Manager role is onsite in Alexandria, VA, with full-time hours and a stated schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for emergency response and operational needs. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. SERVPRO Team Warnecki helps homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other damage. The manager oversees restoration projects from start to finish, coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials while tracking budgets, schedules, safety, and quality. The role also leads and develops field staff and maintains clear communication with customers and other stakeholders throughout each project.

What you'll do

• Oversee restoration projects
