Licensed Therapist — Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment

The Therapist works onsite in the Jacksonville, FL area, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is not specified. 10X Recruitment is conducting a confidential search for a behavioral health and addiction treatment organization. The therapist supports patients working toward recovery from substance use and addiction through assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and aftercare. The role coordinates with a multidisciplinary team and connects patients and families with education and community resources.

What you'll do

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment and aftercare plans
• facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
• provide education on addiction, recovery, and relapse prevention
• conduct crisis intervention
• present cases to the multidisciplinary team
• maintain documentation in the EMR
• manage cases and connect patients with community resources.
