What you'll do

• Oversee grow-finish production and execute protocols for feeding, health treatments, ventilation, facility maintenance, biosecurity, transportation, and pig care.
• Monitor pig performance and adjust health and feeding plans with appropriate consultation.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, assist with marketing pigs ready for market, evaluate employees and contract growers, support staffing, maintain accurate operational reporting, and follow animal-welfare and safety policies.
