Accounts Receivable Operations Manager

The Accounts Receivable Operations Manager role is onsite in Irving, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and four days in office and one day remote. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Bioworld Merchandising, a design and distribution company for licensed and private-label apparel, headwear, and accessories. This hands-on manager leads chargeback and deduction management, billing, and cash application to improve accuracy, resolve customer issues, and reduce revenue loss. The role also develops the team, monitors performance indicators, and improves processes across accounts receivable.

What you'll do

• Manage daily chargebacks, deductions, billing, and cash application
• train team members and maintain SOPs
• monitor AR KPIs
• oversee disputes, root-cause analysis, vendor recovery, and allowance tracking
• ensure accurate and compliant invoices and portal submissions
• review credit memos and adjustments within authority
• oversee cash application and deduction coding
• provide backup support to Credit and Collections
• partner with internal teams and retailers
• lead process improvement and automation
• and support month-end close and reporting.
