What you'll do

• Manage an assigned route and complete daily work
• diagnose and treat common ornamental tree and shrub issues
• recommend treatment plans
• build client relationships and identify opportunities for other company services
• prepare trucks and operate spray rigs, backpack sprayers, air spades, and other tools
• perform basic equipment maintenance, inspections, and required product-use paperwork
• follow safety rules.

Why this role
