What you'll do

• Own revenue and margin performance across retail eCommerce, Amazon, and D2C channels
• develop channel strategies, forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards
• analyze conversion, traffic, order value, profitability, retention, and lifetime value
• translate data into experiments
• lead and develop eCommerce specialists
• set goals and review performance
• identify channel, promotional, merchandising, and conversion opportunities
• monitor industry trends.
