What you'll do

• Communicate with property owners and public agencies about pruning and removals
• conduct tree and brush inventories and hazard tree inspections
• evaluate contractor performance against utility guidelines
• manage vegetation data
• promote and enforce job-site safety
• operate and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.

Why this role

A forestry or arboriculture degree is required; ISA Arborist Certification is preferred. The posting requires 2–3 years of UVM experience, or 5–6 years of UVM or utility experience in lieu of a degree, and some overnight travel between NC and SC.
