What you'll do

• Source and recruit corporate, sales, clinical, management, and executive candidates
• identify active and passive candidates using sourcing tools and professional networks
• create sourcing plans and weekly management reports
• build candidate relationships and a database for current and future needs
• document applicant reviews in the applicant tracking system
• manage job boards and social media recruiting resources
• and coordinate assigned Human Resources projects and recruiting activities through onboarding.
