What you'll do

• Monitor youth behavior and provide trauma-informed emotional support
• assist with daily routines, meals, hygiene, recreation, and household upkeep
• facilitate groups on social interaction, conflict resolution, and life skills
• use crisis de-escalation techniques
• follow behavior treatment plans
• document service notes and incidents
• conduct bedroom checks
• support medication routines as directed
• transport youth to off-campus activities
• enforce program rules and maintain a safe environment.
