The Caregiver role is onsite in Arthur, TN, with full-time and part-time opportunities and pay of $16.00–$17.50 per hour. Compensation is paid weekly. Stand Out Home Care provides personalized in-home care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, including clients served through VA and CHOICES programs. This role supports clients’ daily routines and individualized care plans through personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, companionship, and related household support. Caregivers also observe and report changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate team member.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders, companionship, supervision, and help with errands and daily routines
• follow individualized care plans
• maintain a safe home environment
• report changes in client condition.
