What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers on staffing needs
• design and execute full-cycle recruitment campaigns
• conduct strategy meetings
• advise managers on recruiting responsibilities and legal requirements
• source candidates and build talent pipelines
• screen and present candidates
• coordinate interviews, selection, approvals, offers, and onboarding
• document activity in the ATS
• track recruiting metrics
• and represent the bank at recruiting events.
