The Principal Construction Project Manager (PM) is an onsite role based in Baltimore, MD, with a salary range of $139,500 to $155,000 per year. This position supports the energy efficiency-focused commercial construction department at Constellation Energy, a leader in clean energy production. The role exists to lead project teams and oversee the planning, direction, and coordination of large-scale energy efficiency construction projects. The PM ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget by managing all phases from pre-construction to close-out.

What you'll do

• Plans, directs and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals/objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Maintain & monitor safe working conditions identifies, corrects, and reports unsafe work areas, enforces safety compliance.
• Develops and reviews project schedules, cost estimation, bill of materials, budgets, scopes of work, standards and quotes from suppliers.
• Manages all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional project management from system design through construction and project close-out phases.
• Supervises and maintains strict control over project implementation to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
