What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, escalate, or remediate network and system incidents
• monitor network and system alerts using remote monitoring tools
• support client network, server, cloud, and data center operations
• answer client calls during after-hours periods
• log, categorize, prioritize, and diagnose incidents and requests
• collaborate with engineering, data center, and vendor teams
• document service and change requests
• follow service-level agreements and emergency procedures.

Why this role

Primary schedule is 5 PM–5 AM Saturday and Sunday and 9 PM–5 AM Thursday and Friday; alternate days, including holidays and weekends, may be needed up to 5% of the time. Escalation may follow on-call procedures.
